New group therapy offers summer & autumn 2026
New group offers will start in our practice in autumn 2026. If you are interested in taking part, we are happy to clarify this with you in a personal preliminary conversation.
New group offers with a schema-therapy focus start regularly in our practice.
The groups provide a protected setting in which to better understand personal patterns, to make new experiences in contact with others and to work on steps of change together. Alongside our ongoing schema therapy groups, we also offer a schema-based parent group and a taster group for an initial orientation.
In a personal preliminary conversation we are happy to clarify with you which group is the right fit.
The following groups are planned:
Thursdays
Social skills training
In this group, the development of personal and social skills is fostered; special exercises are used to work on situations in which difficulties or insecurities can arise, and self-confidence is strengthened.
Wednesdays
Introductory group – primary care group
This group offers the opportunity to gain first experiences of working therapeutically in a group. In four sessions you receive first impulses for dealing with stress, distressing emotions and difficult everyday situations. Together we look at helpful coping strategies and at how exchange within the group can be supportive. The introductory group is suitable for people who would like to get to know group therapy or are looking for initial orientation.
Tuesdays
Schema therapy group for parents “Understanding old patterns – walking new paths with children”
For all parents who want to understand their own imprints and develop new, strengthening ways in everyday family life. Here you will find a protected space for exchange, relief and personal development – to recognise old patterns from your own childhood and to develop new, helpful ways of dealing with yourself and your children.
Monday to Wednesday, mornings
Schema therapy groups
During our childhood and adolescence we all experience situations in which our needs for closeness & affection, safety, self-worth or joy are frustrated. If this happens frequently or very intensely, a so-called schema develops. We are not consciously aware of it in everyday life, but it guides our behavior, and we sometimes find ourselves in (interpersonal) situations that are difficult for us. In the schema therapy group you work together with the other group participants on your behavior-guiding schemas and also recognise your typical behavioral impulses (so-called modes). The exchange in the group is experienced by participants as a relief, since we do not feel alone with our patterns. Together as a “team” we work out alternatives and recognition strategies for our schemas and modes in order to better manage everyday life.

We will get back to you promptly for a preliminary conversation.
Our team looks forward to getting to know you.
